Our FREE services include: Dental Cleanings, Fillings, Extractions and Prayer
Requirements:
- No Proof of Insurance Required: No proof of insurance, income or immigration status will be required. All services are FREE to ALL.
- Availability Limited: First to REGISTER will be served.
- Appointment Confirmation Required: Registrants will receive an email/text notification to confirm their appointment on Wednesday morning, June 1. Patients must respond to confirm their appointment by 6:00pm, Thursday, June 2 or their appointment will be given to someone on the waiting list.
- Waiting List: After the appointment schedule is filled, registrants will be added to a waiting list in order of their registration. They will be contacted and served if there are cancellations, no shows or extra time. Registrants on the waiting list who are not able to be served at this clinic will receive communication about future free clinics.
- Arrive Early: Patients should plan to arrive 30 minutes before their appointment time to ensure their appointment is not given away to someone on the waiting list.
- COVID-19 Safety: Patients experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 should cancel their appointment, stay home and contact lifebridgeway@gmail.com to let us know.
Requirements:
- Patients must be age 18 or older: We are not able to treat minors at this time.
- No Childcare: We are unable to provide child care. Please make other arrangements for your children during your clinic day.
- 45 minutes of Care: Patients have approximately 45 minutes of treatment time at their appointment. If they have multiple treatment needs, we will treat what we have time for.
- Total time at the clinic- 2 hours: Patients should plan for about 2 hours total at the clinic to account for arrival, check-in, treatment, and check-out procedures.
- No Wisdom Teeth Extractions (3rd Molar)
- We will not provide narcotics
- We reserve the right not to treat if Patients... are not able to become numb, have an active infection, deemed unsafe to treat by our Dentists, or make inappropriate treatment requests or behavior.
- Developmental Disabilities: We are unable to treat patients with developmental disabilities at this time.
- Pregnant Patients: If a patient is pregnant, she needs to bring a consent to treat from her doctor.
